All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel your booking in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

  • Liability*

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Information Collection*

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the website, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the website, or otherwise contacting us.

  • Third-Party Disclosure*

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice.



Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation 

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, except for any non-refundable charges.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • No Show: No refund.
  • Partial Cancellations: No refund for partially used services.
  • Note: Cancellation charges may vary based on the specific terms and conditions of hotels and service providers involved.


Refund Process*
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation request and will be credited to the original method of payment.


Non-Refundable Services*

Certain services or products may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.


Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, taxes, or other variables.
Payment Terms*Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Inclusions and Exclusions*Prices include only what is listed in the booking confirmation. Any additional services will incur extra charges. 

Terms and Conditions

  

1. Booking and Reservations

Booking: To make a reservation for flight tickets, hotel bookings, or tour packages, please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment Terms:

  • Flight Tickets: Full      payment is required at the time of booking for both domestic and      international flight tickets. Prices are dynamic and subject to change      based on availability, demand, and other factors. The final price will be      confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Hotel Bookings and Tour Packages: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final      payment is due no later than 30 days before the departure date.
  • Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.     

2. Changes and Modifications

Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. Change fees may apply, along with any additional costs incurred due to the change, depending on airline and hotel policies.

Agency-Initiated Changes: If we need to make changes to your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.

3. Travel Documentation

Passports and Visas: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

Health Requirements:Customers are responsible for meeting all health requirements, including vaccinations and health checks necessary for travel.

4. Liability and Responsibility

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel services booked. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other losses not directly caused by our negligence.

Third-Party Services: We act as agents for third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, etc.... We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Travel Insurance:Customers are responsible for purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events. We are not responsible for any insurance claims.

5. Behavior and Conduct

Customer Conduct:Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of conduct set by the airlines, hotels, tour guides, and other service providers.

Consequences of Misconduct: Misconduct may result in removal from the service without refund, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

6. Special Requests

Accommodations: Please inform us of any special accommodation needs (e.g., dietary requirements, disabilities) at the time of booking. We will do our best to fulfill these requests but cannot guarantee availability.

Requests Handling: Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

7. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kerala.

Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). The arbitration will be conducted in Kerala, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on all parties.

8. Miscellaneous

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the agency.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder of the terms will continue to be enforceable.
